I strongly believe that this hotel will state of art. Defiantly will visit it again
The property is newly constructed and phase 1 was completed where we re accommodated to. The room is modern design with lovely sound proof . I loved the location accessible to main street within 3 mints walking . Staff were so kind and welcoming specially ( Mrs. Natti , Mr.Uvias , and the staff manager )
Well the breakfast was not that much because the main restaurant was not yet completed .

This hotel is still more of a building site rather than a hotel. The floor level in the bathroom was so badly designed that the water from the shower we had in the morning was still there in the evening i rang reception and they sent a lovely guy to get rid of the water down the drain with a window wiper. The pictures you see on the website is the next phase of the hotel being built and no where near to being complete the beautiful lobby you see in the pictures was now where near what they are now using as a reception desk it’s just a a very small room where check you in. The gym is also not what as it is on the pictures it’s in a room above the small reception room and and tiny space . When I complained about this the lady offered to have us driven to the the airport free of charge. When I told her we were going to another hotel she made a call and came back and said how about we offer you 10% discount ! She then said it would take 45 days to get the discount!! Why would this take so long We stayed here for 2 nights and paid $1,222 AUS dollars and couldn’t wait to leave sadly it certainly wasn’t worth anywhere near that. I have pictures of the hotel / building site and also the puddle of water that stayed in the bathroom also whilst we where there we had no power to charge the phones during one of the days ! Sadly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I’m very unsure as to how they have many good reviews it’s very puzzling .
